CHASE IS ON THE CASE!
Chase is a German shepherd puppy and a main character of the Paw Patrol who are led by 10 year old boy Ryder. Chase, being a police dog, seen to be rather mature and serious on missions. He is definitely a leader who like to take charge! Chase are adored by many pre-schoolers.
To create this large 12 inches tall 3D cake of Chase, I conquered the cake sculpting intimidation in the most fun way! After sculpting 4 tier vanilla cake, It was frosted with salted butter icing in between and fully covered it with white chocolate ganache. The head is made of rice crispies, decorated with chocolate modeling clay and fondant.
The cake was personalized for the little boy celebrant by making his name out of blue fondant on a white fondant shape as a bone. His Badge also has “4” to represent his 4th year bitthday.
I am as astonished and delighted as my little kiddos, who are a big fan of Paw Patrol, when it is all finished!
