Princess Rapunzel
the Tangle theme
This one is fun to make! Her magical longest blonde hair ever was a hit. We braided about 20 feet of home made marshmallow and you bet, we got tangled up in so much fun!
We used a Rapunzel princess doll and we dressed her with chocolate cake from the waist down. Frosted with fluffy chocolate ganache and covered with two tone purple fondant to matched her dress in the movie. The intricate details on her dress are impeccable! Sugar lace and swirly print on her dress ...I cannot think of more perfect signature dress for Tangled than this!
And of course...we let her hair down! The braided home made marshmallows are wrapped around all the way down the cake stand.
To finish the cake, we added a few fondant flowers to look like her hair pins.
